It has been a busy month at the home-raising, building the porches, putting up more sheathing, and culminating in the metal roofing being installed!
Then, on Nov. 5th, a great crew assembled to install the metal roofing: (L to R) Ben Lyle (our roofing expert from Epstein Custom Homes), Ryan Ingram, Peter Oakley, Jim Fox, Hart Boyd, George Julius, Melissa Farage, and Richard Epstein.
It was another miraculous day when the sun came out for the roof work!
A big thank you to Christine Epstein, Gabbi Korrow and Karol White for their help in providing treats, coffee and lunches to the crew!

We finished the gable sheathing and wrapping, and made sure the framing was properly fastened.
We have just a little more work to do to completely finish the roof, and then it’s time for a holiday break!
