    We passed the plumbing and mechanical inspection on April 2, and the insulation subcontractor, A & E Insulation, was able to start right away! The basement concrete walls were spray foamed, and then batts added. Batts installed on the main floor and in the loft. Passed the insulation cover inspection on April 7, and ready…

    The milestones are now being accomplished in rapid succession! Water was connected on March 23rd! Then we passed the LNI inspection and on March 27, Potelco hooked up the power!
