Coming down the home stretch #2
We are getting close to completing the second home-raising! The kitchen is almost finished, and appliances installed… The front entrance porch was painted, and new decking installed… Stair railings and trim installed… Hotwater heater installed… Plumbing fixtures, laundry room and bathroom tiling… East walls, main floor and ground floor, painted, as well as soffits… Huge…

Mini-split milestone!
Thank you Island Ductless Heat Pumps volunteers Gavin St. Onge and Robert Ryan for installing the ductless mini-splits, ERVs (Energy Recovery Ventilators) and the compressor!
