The siding is now finished! We installed Hardie board with battens, and lapped the Hardie board for the gable ends. It’s beautiful!

With the exterior done, work on the electrical has been moving full speed ahead. The plumbing is almost done. The trench is ready for electrical, water and internet conduits. We’ll finish the front deck when the painting and all the construction traffic is done.
Once we have the exterior caulking and interior prep done, insulation will be installed, followed by drywall. For these projects, we have subcontractors lined up. Your donations are welcome to help us pay for them, and keep this home-raising below-market and permanently affordable!
