Inside, we finished off the last details before drywall could be installed, and outside the drains for sewer and gutters were installed. We passed our insulation and plumbing inspection, and sewer inspections the week of April 14th.
The insulation subcontractor, A & E Insulation, did everything except the sound proofing in the interior walls. Thank you to Christian Gonzalez and Jim Ladd for finishing that!

Peter Oakley worked on finishing the utility room which will house the hybrid hot water heater, installed the conduit for the fiber optic cable, as well as dealt with many essential details of the cover-up prep.

Outside, Wade Wilcox, Earth Rhythms, dug the trenches for the sewer line, and the dry well. Melissa Farage and Josh Pettersen installed the sewer line. George Julius finished the connection with main line, and also installed the gutter drainpipes, with help from Dave Wingen.

Wade then filled in the trenches, front and back (power and water line trench), and graded. No more piles of soil!

Much appreciation to all!
