While the insulation, drywall and painting were being worked on, Richard Epstein and his crew of woodworkers – Jim Ladd, Scott Connor, Tom Fisher, and George Julius – planed, sanded and finished cedar boards that had been milled from trees at Upper Langley. They will be beautiful window liners, trim and baseboards!
After the painting was done, we rolled up the paper covering the floor, with help from Sierra (who will be purchasing the house), and her 3 year-old son Arthur. The cabinets and doors that had been stored at Richard’s wood shop, and all the trim wood, were brought over to the house…
…and staged for installing!
