We have almost finished the home-raising at 1128 Al Anderson Ave!

All the bamboo flooring is finished and the baseboards installed!
The bathroom now has a beautiful vanity top, with much appreciation to Lloyd of Fine Art Builders, and Justin who set them in. (They also installed the kitchen counters.)
Floor tiles in the bathroom are set, and all the plumbing fixtures and trimming are installed.
Final touches on the kitchen are completed. Dishwasher installed. Water is turned on!
The hybrid hot water heater has been installed, and the water is hot!
The minisplit and ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) have been installed! Thank you Island Ductless Heat Pumps!
Doors are painted and hung, and door handles installed.
Porch railings front and back are installed!
On the exterior, there is caulking and painting still to do, and roofing the front porch.
We are so very close to completion!
