We did it! On July 15, we were granted the occupancy permit for the home-raising at lot 10!
Together we have built a below-market, income-qualified, permanently affordable home! The plan to close on the at-cost sale at the end of July in on track. Thank you to all those who so generously helped!
More details and appreciations to come once we are completely finished. We are still working on exterior details… come help with painting trim if you can!
