From a construction site to a home! On July 31st, the house we built on Lot #10 sold to an income-qualified, local, workforce family. We achieved our goal of building a below-market, permanently affordable home!
It is thanks to the many volunteers, business discounts, and community donors that we were able to accomplish this. Our deepest gratitude!
