The forms were removed and several layers of waterproofing tar applied.
Miradrain, an additional waterproofing drainboard, was nailed onto the foundation walls.
The perf pipe was installed, covered with drain rock, filter fabric laid down, and the foundation backfilled.
The slab was also filled.
Prep work was done for the posts and the slab plumbing.
While work on the slab plumbing was being done, framing also started on the daylight basement.
The slab plumbing passed inspection, and we are ready to install the vapor barrier, foam, rebar… and pour the slab!
