With the foundation completed, it’s onward and upward! The team accomplished these momentous milestones the first two weeks of September…
The daylight basement was framed…
and the posts and beams installed.
Then everything was in place to install the rim joists….
and the i-joists.
The basement was sheathed…
and work on the stairs started.
And then the subfloor was installed!
