What a fabulous accomplishment…the full Certificate of Occupancy was granted on August 6th!
Together we have built a second below-market, income-qualified, permanently affordable home for a local, workforce family! Deep gratitude to all those who helped, from volunteers, to local businesses, to donors!
After the big electrical and blower door tests were passed, there were just a few more details to wrap up. With the kitchen and all the upstairs plumbing fixtures finished, we received an occupancy permit with contingencies on July 23rd.
Then, the basement bathroom was finished…
The front step railings filled in with hog wire, the house number put up…
And the full Certificate of Occupancy was issued!

Next to do is finish the painting and staining!
