After the mudding and taping of the drywall… We were able to paint! Now we’re ready to finish off the interior!

Another milestone! On April 23, the drywall was installed! Mudding and taping will begin the last week of April.

Inside, we finished off the last details before drywall could be installed, and outside the drains for sewer and gutters were installed. We passed our insulation and plumbing inspection, and sewer inspections the week of April 14th. On Monday, April 7th, we passed the service and cover electrical inspection. Then, on Thursday, April 10th, Potelco came connected the power! We are energized! On Friday, April 11th, the insulators came! Now the house in insulated and ready for drywall, which will be happening the second half of April. What a week of spectacular…
