We have a roof!
How wonderful to hear raindrops on the roof! A huge thank you goes to Adam Kendrick of Raven Contractors. After helping with the outriggers and fascia boards on Wednesday, Adam returned on Friday with crew member Matt Ellerson. Outriggers & fascia boards!
Setting up the outriggers, and putting up the fascia boards is difficult, detailed and precise work! Peter Oakley, Richard Epstein, Kent Turner, Adam Kendrick, Kevin Murphy and Maksym Sashkov (George Julius, Ryan Ingram and Bob Dalton, not pictured) were the skilled team of framers that worked in pouring rain to accomplish this job. Trusses are up!
The trusses were delivered Monday, Nov. 4th, and then on Tuesday… …a fabulous crew from Jade Craftsman Builders, together with our team, put up the trusses! All the walls are up & we’re ready for trusses!
The terrific crew of Bob Dalton, Richard Epstein, George Julius, Jim Lee, Peter Oakley and Mike Sheneman have now raised all four walls, and built all the interior walls! After the north and south walls, the west wall went up… and then the east wall… and the interior walls! We are ready for trusses… coming…

First walls are up!

Floor joists in!
A dynamite crew of experienced volunteer carpenters, Bob Dalton, Richard Epstein, George Julius and Mike Sheneman, have now set all the floor joists! Thank you so much!!! Ready for plywood flooring!
