Foundation is done!
The foundation is now poured! Sierra and Arthur, the future owners of this permanently affordable home, helped clear the site of rocks. Then, with thanks to Steve, and help from Bob, the forms were built… and the concrete poured. And Arthur helped clean up afterwards! Ready for the drainpipe and plates!

Groundbreaking on Sept 9!
We launched our home-raising with a groundbreaking on Sept 9th! A huge thank you to Earth Rhythms Landscaping for the pro bono dig-out for the foundation.

Lot purchased Aug. 1, 2024!
Lot 10 at the Upper Langley Cohousing closed on August 1st, 2024! Now we can start the building process in earnest…permitting, and coordinating and scheduling the volunteers who will be helping to build! Much has already been done in advance, but there is nothing like a Statutory Deed of Ownership to open the doors to
